Schnackel Engineers was brought on as the MEP/FP engineering consultant for this specialty Australian tea chain, located right near the heart of one of Manhattan’s busiest transit center and retail complex at Fulton Center. The scope of the project consisted of 1,605 square feet of remodeled space with complete design of the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems.
This T2 location opened its doors in the Summer of 2017.
