Schnackel Engineers provided full mechanical, electrical and plumbing design services for the new Kings 838 Apartments located in one of West Hollywood’s fastest developing neighborhoods. Lighting design services was provided via our subsidiary, Light Plan Design. The design focused on sustainability and energy efficiency. The new construction project consists of 25 high-end multi-family units with one level of underground parking surrounded by an appealing landscape that will complement the design of the building, enhancing the overall streetscape and neighborhood. Completion is slated for summer 2019.
