The Schnackel team was selected by Callison Architecture as the MEP engineering consultant for this project for Intuit. The scope was a full gut/remodel of a 2-story, 58,000 SF existing building on the Intuit campus in Mountain View, CA. Once again, Schnackel was brought on-board for their aesthetic acumen of the built environment, as Intuit wished to remodel and strengthen their brand in this 2-story work space. The HVAC design was of particular note here. The biggest challenge was that existing RTUs were to remain, and the new design had to be completely re-routed. Schnackel’s experience with workspace remodel and restrictive parameters was key to accomplishing Intuit’s and Callison’s goals, and delivering another successful project.
