Design Innovations – A four story 119-unit facility built in the rapidly expanding west side of metropolitan Omaha, featuring approximately 2,200 square feet of meeting space, including an executive boardroom, indoor swimming pool, fitness area, high speed, wireless and hard-wired internet connections and approximately 65 seats in the Hilton Garden Inn Pavilion area for food and beverage service. A major design challenge was to provide an energy efficient, zoned HVAC system that allowed for the comfort of individual occupant rooms as well as in common use areas.
