Omaha, NE

With automotive sales and maintenance MEP engineering design experience dating back to 1970, Schnackel Engineers has been involved in the design of over 50 projects in five states. Family owned Gorges Volvo of Omaha, a project we completed in 2004, is a 20,000 square foot auto dealership project that had many of the standard design necessities of an auto sales and maintenance facility. Special systems included fresh and waste oil systems, including a waste oil heating system; carbon monoxide exhaust system; high pressure water system; compressed air system; central vacuum system and waste coolant system as well. Again, our experience in the technical side of Auto Dealership design enabled Schnackel Engineers to deliver this project on-time and on-budget. Continually striving to provide honest and responsive services through great communication and sensitivity to our clients’ needs has made Schnackel Engineers a leader in the Omaha marketplace.
