Schnackel Engineers provided MEP/FP design services for the approximately 11,440-square-foot renovation of Five Iron Golf’s two-level Flatiron flagship in New York City. The virtual sports club includes golf simulator bays, a putting green, bars, a commercial kitchen, locker rooms, and entertainment areas. Schnackel Engineers has completed 10 Five Iron Golf projects throughout the Northeast.
