Schnackel Engineers provided full mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection engineering services for the new state-of-the-art Element Hotel recently constructed in north San Jose’s active Coleman Highline, a large mixed-use complex of office buildings, hotels, retail, and restaurants.
The project consists of 110,000 square feet of new construction with five levels of 175 hotel rooms. The project in on track for its targeted LEED Gold Certification.
Schnackel Engineers also provided complete commissioning services for the entire project to achieve the LEED Gold and CalGreen commissioning requirements.
