In 2011, Schnackel Engineers was chosen to be the MEP engineering Consultant for The Rock Wood Fired Kitchen Pizza, Burgers & Spirits. Since that time, we have completed the design of 15 of these unique, rock and roll themed restaurants in Canada, Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Texas and California.
