Schnackel Engineers is excited to be a part of the design team for the newly opened M&M’s Store at Disney Springs in Lake Buena Vista, FL. This project had a unique and challenging design requirement to keep the large volume retail space at a comfortable temperature for employees and customers, while protecting the large value of colorful chocolate products in a sunny Florida environment. Schnackel Engineers rose to the challenge and delivered an innovative, AI-driven cost effective solution!
