In September 2026, KFC debuted its first Open House concept in McKinney, Texas. The 3,400 sq. ft. new-construction restaurant introduces an updated design, expanded menu, new service options, and a refreshed guest experience. The location also serves as a testing ground for concepts KFC may introduce at future restaurants.
Schnackel Engineers was excited to have provided MEP engineering for this next-generation project and to be part of an exciting new chapter for the KFC brand.
