Schnackel Design Feature Tidbit: Schnackel Engineers used high output LED lighting in lieu of traditional lighting fixtures in the design of new lighting for the University of Southern California’s Uytengsu Swim Stadium.

Although this type of fixturing has never been used to light an outdoor sporting facility, they fit into the aesthetics and functionality that was desired of the aquatic center. In addition, the lighting system is on a 0-10V dimming system to allow lighting levels to be reduced for the stadium to be used for other activities.
