Additionally, over 130,000 square feet of retail w…ill be remodeled to update existing tenant space as well as to attract new national retailers to the iconic mall. Schnackel Engineers brings both an aesthetic view of its MEP services, as well as unprecedented innovation, in the form of proprietary AEA Integration design software, to the project. With AEA, Schnackel hopes to optimize design and deliver much more cost effective MEP building systems through its automated technology.
