Landmark Square Grand Re-Opening July 10th

Schnackel Engineers was part of the design team that completed the building remodel and modification of Landmark Square Cerritos shopping center. The project, which will re-open this July, consisted of three buildings totaling close to 40,000 square feet. It included revised building services utility work to accommodate new restaurants and retailers, as well as new facade lighting and site lighting to accomplish a new site plan. The work included the partial demolition of two existing buildings and the upgrading of three of the four buildings on the property.
