Intuit Mountain View Building 7 achieved LEED Gold Certification from the United States Green Building Council on July 25, 2013.

The Intuit Mountain View 7 project consists of an existing two story office building, that is part of a campus wide renovation to the Intuit Corporate Headquarters.  The owner set target goal of Gold Certification under LEED 2009 for Commercial Interiors.  In order to meet the owner’s requirements the design team had to think outside box.  The project features many sustainable design features such as; energy efficient light design, daylighting and occupancy sensors, selection of efficient plumbing fixtures, use of low-emitting materials, and a site design that promotes use of public and alternative transportation.
