COVID-19 Update: Schnackel Engineers Continuity of Service

The employees of Schnackel Engineers, Schnackelcx, Light Plan Design and AEA Integration hope that this email finds you all safe, healthy and experiencing the least possible impact from the Coronavirus outbreak. This global tragedy has touched us all and our deepest sympathy goes out to anyone that has been personally impacted by the virus.

Our highest priority is the health, safety, and well-being of our staff, clients and the public. We have taken many steps internally to do our part to stamp out the spread of this awful virus. Most importantly, we have implemented a work-from-home policy that will allow our employees to practice safe social distancing and still deliver the service quality you expect from Schnackel Engineers.

I assure you that our operations will continue uninterrupted, with no degradation in the speed or quality of our services. Our highly resilient virtual machine platform, AEA Integration software and VoIP systems mean that our staff will be able to continue to perform at peak efficiency even in a distributed work-from-home environment. These systems were successfully deployed at Schnackel Engineers long before the current outbreak occurred.

Our field coordinators will continue to provide on-site services in as safe a manner as possible, for as long as possible. If travel restrictions should be imposed, or if the threat continues to escalate, we have contingency plans in place to access local contractors to perform our site surveys and field work for us.

We are here to meet your MEP/FP/IT engineering needs with unfailing reliability. If you are having any trouble with any of your projects, ours or otherwise, please contact us immediately and we will solve your problems quickly and efficiency.

Please do not hesitate to contact your Project Manager, or any member of the leadership team listed below with any concerns or needs during this crisis. We are here to help!

If you have any questions, please let me know.
Sincerely,

Gregory Schnackel, P.E.
President
