The American Society of Plumbing Engineers and the International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials has developed a program to train advanced skills, test, and certify plumbing engineers and designers in green plumbing. The result is design that conserves and protects water supplies and reduces energy consumption in the delivery and use of water.
