Schnackel Engineers officially announces the promotion of Kaitlynn Guzman to Director of Talent.

Omaha, NE – May 28, 2014 – Schnackel Engineers, Inc., an Omaha based mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection consulting engineering firm serving the commercial building industry, officially announces the promotion of Kaitlynn Guzman to Director of Talent. Ms. Guzman, who has several years of experience in Corporate Human Resources, Administration and Recruiting, brings with her a wealth of knowledge to Schnackel’s rapidly expanding business. She looks forward to “adding a unique perspective to the leadership team and the overall HR environment, with a continued emphasis on training, development and retention.”

Her duties will include all aspects of Human Resources, Training, Talent Acquisition, and Community Involvement. Her most recent position was that of HR Generalist at Schnackel Engineers, Inc.
