 Schnackel Engineers, Inc., an Omaha based mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection consulting engineering firm serving the commercial building industry, officially announces the addition of Seraphim Carlson Mullins as Director of Talent. Ms. Mullins, who has over 15 years of experience in Corporate Human Resources,
