ICSC United States Design & Development Award Winner

 

Schnackel Engineers was once again fortunate enough to have been chosen to provide MEP Engineering design services on yet another International Council of Shopping Centers Design and Development Gold Award winning project!This year’s winner in the Renovation or Expansion of an Existing Project of over 500,001 square feet, was Westfield Galleria at Roseville in Roseville, CA. The property is owned by Westfield Corporation, and the project architect was Gensler’s San Francisco Office. Schnackel Engineers was once again able to flex its Retail mall and mixed-use experience in the design of one of Westfield’s preeminent shopping centers (not to mention super-regional centers) in the US. The design team helped to coordinate exciting new features both inside and out of this vibrant family, cultural and community gathering and retail facility.
