Working under the direction of the Senior Vice President of Operations and the Field Operations Coordinator you will travel to project sites throughout the US and Canada on initial site assessment visits, as well as to perform construction observation visits during the Construction phase. The Field Coordinator must have a good practical knowledge of Architectural Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing construction techniques, and be able to identify all key components of MEP building systems.

The team member must possess high-level communication skills to converse with clients and design/construction team members.

Responsibilities for this position include traveling to project sites throughout the US and Canada to complete initial site assessments and construction observation visits during the construction phase.

The Field Coordinator must have good practical knowledge of Architectural Engineering Technology, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing construction techniques, and be able to identify all key components of MEP building systems.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 year Associates Degree in Architectural Engineering, or equivalent.
  • 3 or more years of field experience in the construction industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent Client Service skills
  • Excellent Organizational skills
  • Flexibility with scheduling and travel
  • Experience with AutoCAD, BlueBeam, Adobe PDF, MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
