From small tenant and office spaces to large mixed-use facilities, you will broaden your knowledge of your discipline on projects that cover a wide range of types, under a variety of governing code authorities.

We are looking for an Energy Engineer to join our team!
Responsibilities Include:
- Prepare energy compliance reports (COMcheck, REScheck, California Title 24/EnergyPro, Florida Energy Gage, and ASHRAE forms)
- Assist design teams in selection of equipment and design to reach energy use goals
- Documentation of LEED projects
Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to identify, analyze and solve engineering problems using industry standards and engineering calculations.
- Self-starter requiring minimal supervision.
- Associated degree in applicable technical field
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree from an ABET accredited curriculum
- Previous experience with industry energy use standards
- Proficient in AutoCAD and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge of MEP engineering principles
- Energy modeling experience with Carrier Hourly Analysis Program (HAP) or Trane Air Conditioning Economics (TRACEā¢) program.
- In possession of or eligible to obtain LEED Green Associate, BD+C, or ID+C credentials.
